Ramen Jo – On May 6th, 2014

One of my favourite Ramen places in Hong Kong for their reasonable prices, delicious textures, and yummy flavours. And limited choices. 4 types of soup base, 3 levels of noodle softness, and ~12 types of sides. Oh, and gyoza. It’s got a nice cozy atmosphere, really tight packed. I’ve never actually had to line up during lunch or dinner hours, but then there’s a constant stream of customers. Don’t plan on chilling here, you’ll barely be allowed to finish a sip of tea without feeling guilted to leave.
